    Product Description

     

    Mature and ripened red papaya is used for making red papaya puree. The making process starts with the selection followed by washing the fruit with disinfectant, and then cutting the fruit, inspecting and then pulping it. It is then carried to decantation or separation process, followed by scanning the puree to remove foreign matter or metal content if any. The puree is then thermal processed in PLC Aseptic Sterilization and packaged in Aseptic bags in MS drums with polyliner inside. This whole process is carried out under stringer hygienic conditions. Even QA team continuously monitor the process to make sure it complies with quality and Food safety standards.

    Storage instruction

    Aseptic Red Papaya puree should be stored at ambient temperature and not below 40C avoid exposure to higher temperature and sunlight.

    Handling Instruction

    Do not roll the drum, Handle with care, Do not freeze, Do not store the drum in direct sunlight, Protect the drum from Rain, Handle the Drums in Vertical Position only, Handle diligently to avoid Product damage. Once open consume immediately.
